Every product from UPWELL is covered by a one (1) Year warranty from the date of purchase. Please inspect and report any manufacturer defects upon receipt of the products.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS COVERS MATERIAL MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS ONLY.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  1. The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreational activities and does not cover products used in rental or school operations.

  2. If a product is deemed to be defective by UPWELL, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. UPWELL will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of loss or misuse of this product.

  3. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear including, but not limited to punctures, damage due to excessive heat exposure, damage caused by improper handling and storage, damage caused by use in waves or shore break, board breakage caused by filling or crashing in surf conditions, or damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.

  4. The product must not be modified and / or fitted with a motor in excess of that allowable by the manufacturer.

  5. This product must not be used in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity.

  6. Produtcs purchased secondhand or from a non-authorized reseller are not covered under this warranty.

  7. This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.

(1) Proof of purchase (order number) and delivery.  

(2) For all claims, please provide us with a picture or a video of the defect if required and a written summary of the defect.   

(3) Buyer's name, phone number, and return mailing address.  

The warranty for any repaired or replacement equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only.Upwell will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s). Any Product that has not been the subject of a Limited Warranty claim using the process set forth above, within the time period stated within this document, will be deemed to conform to the Limited Warranty and deemed accepted by the Buyer.
