UPWELL strives to offer good quality products and nice after-sales service to our customers, all products are covered by our 60 Day Guarantee.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase date, and please subject to certain terms and conditions defined below.
You must first reach out to our team by emailing service@upwelloffice.com to register your return, please offer your order number and some photos of the whole product(s) including accessories before returning your purchase.Any returns that have not been registered prior will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
Minus shipping fees, the refund will be applied once the product(s) are received at our warehouse , please wait for 3-5 business days.
The products must be returned in the original condition with all originally included accessories, packaged inside of a shipping box, any damaged of missing items may delay the refund process.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping and any damage in transit during the return.
If the returned products is damaged, or with signs of usage ,or any originally included accessory is damaged or missing when returned, your refund will be reduced by 5%-100% of the order amount, depend on the condition of the returned products, we will send you a clearly written summary about this,and with photos proof if required.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
