All purchases on our website will be shipped from our distribution centers in the US. Order processing times are usually within 3 business day.

 

SHIPPING RATES& TRACKING

We cover all standard ground shipping costs to the Lower 48 States.

All products from us will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Usually the package could be delivered within 5 days.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Sorry that we do not ship to areas outside of the Lower 48 States and we do not offer any international shipping options, we apologize for any inconvenience.If you have any unique requirements for shipping, feel free to contact us by emailing service@upwelloffice.com.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

In rare cases, outside of our control, the product(s) may show up with damage incurred during transit.

Upon delivery, if you find any damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the BOL and return the shipment to the driver.

If you have signed for and accepted the shipment, then noticed damage to your item, please contact us by emailing service@upwelloffice.com within 3 business days, we will help you solve the issues.
